Helius Connect Support

Helius Connect offers two ways to sign in — no password required.

Magic Link: Enter your email address and tap "Send Magic Link". Check your email and tap the link — you'll be taken straight into the app.

Phone Number: Tap the "Phone" tab, enter your number with country code (e.g. +1 264 for Anguilla), and we'll send a 6-digit SMS code. Enter the code to access your account.

Make sure Helius Connect is installed before tapping the link. If the link opens a browser instead of the app, copy the full URL from the browser and paste it into any browser tab — then tap it again. Alternatively, use Phone Number sign-in as a faster alternative.

Check that you've included the full country code (e.g. +1 264 for Anguilla, +44 for UK). Wait up to 60 seconds and try again. If the problem continues, use the Magic Link method instead or email us at support@heliusnetwork.com.

Every message uses ECDH P-256 key exchange and AES-256-GCM encryption. Your encryption keys are generated on your device and never transmitted. Helius servers only ever store ciphertext — we cannot read your messages under any circumstances.

No. Messages are encrypted end-to-end before leaving your device. Our servers only store encrypted ciphertext. Even if compelled by law enforcement, we cannot produce the contents of your private conversations.

On Android, screenshots are blocked entirely by the operating system. On iPhone, a screenshot is detected and the screen is immediately overlaid with encrypted gibberish — protecting the content of your conversation.

Proof-of-Life is Helius Network's human verification system. Your PoL score reflects verified real-world activity — movement, check-ins, and engagement. A score of 100+ unlocks verified node status and access to gated channels.

HLS tokens are earned through verified PoL activity in the Helius Network app. Helius Connect shows your current PoL score and live HLS network stats on the Profile tab.

Channels are PoL-gated. #general is open to all. #verified-nodes requires 100 PoL points, #core-team requires 500, and #treasury requires 1000. Earn more PoL points through verified activity in the Helius Network app.

Go to the Rooms tab and tap the + button. Give your room a name and it will appear live on the network for other nodes to join.

We store your profile (name, city, PoL score), encrypted message ciphertext, and encrypted file uploads. We do not store your encryption keys, message plaintext, or precise GPS coordinates. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes — Helius Connect is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). All features including E2E encryption, PoL feed, channels, voice rooms, and the network globe work on both platforms.
